It's a male (sorry, the male ratio is higher than female ><), hidden ability and 4 IVs.

I can get you Poppy, but you will need to outdo a Latios and Shiny Garchomp for Lucky.

Not right now. Once you get Coco to move in, I get the pokemon. That way, I'm not accused of stealing the pokemon if you get Coco beforehand. And, when the time comes, I will be trading in X/Y.
