Okay I will list my switch games from best to worse.

Super mario odyssey
I love this game even though I have not played it in a while does not mean I don't like it.
It is fun and tons to do and lots to explore

Pok?mon let's go pikachu
I like Pok?mon and pikachu is my favorite! I recently started fresh (I kept my old save of course) I recently defeated the third gym and my team is Marshmello the pikachu, Dusty the venonat (shiny), Summer the bulbasuar, Ruby the Persian, Lizzy the charmeleon, Ninja the Nidoran and in the day care Speed the pidgey (all of them are female) i like this team and i only dislike a few things about this game

Mariokart 8
Really fun especially playing two player by your self and having them both have auto acceleration and safe steering and they race themselves and it can be entertaining.

Super mario party
It is okay, better then the next one

Go vacation
What is this garbage?!
People call this plain old thing "Fun"!? Okay it is lame just lame and tedious
And gold trophies!? Really!? Silver ones exists but the brain who made this game must have never seen the underrated beauty of a silver throphy.

You can list your top 5 best and top 5 worst if you have too many but please only list ones you own and if one is not released yet or you do not own it yet please do not add

If I'm basing mostly off of total playtime, then my favorite Switch title would easily be Xenoblade Chronicles 2. I'd never played a Xeno title before, and this one completely devoured my free time. Also, Tora is best boi (sorry Riki, love you too).

Worst is probably Mario Tennis Aces (not that the game is inherently BAD, just not what I was expecting), and Octopath Traveler. Love the OST for Octopath, cool battle system, LOVE the 16-bit character sprites and HD backgrounds, but the plot, or rather lack thereof, kinda killed it.

I only own 2 switch games. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Super Mario Odyssey.

I only have those two games because:

1: AC Switch and Sword/Shield aren't out yet

2: I only buy games that I want.

Every other game that Nintendo has made aren't bad, its just that the longevity of me playing them is quite low.
I'd guess i'd say I'd mostly prefer games that don't end.

Favorite Switch game right now is Splatoon 2, spent the most time on that game, followed by Mario
Kart 8 Deluxe. I can't really tell a least favorite game, I mean, those I bought are all my favorites. If
I had to choose one which I didn't find that interesting then it's probably Pokemon Let's Go Eevee/
Pikachu. Played the demo of it and I don't know, it's really my cup of tea. I will wait when Sword/
Shield comes out.

I love Breath of the Wild and Super Mario Odyssey. Those are really the only two main games I have for the Switch. I have not had interest in any other titles. But hopefully I get to add to the list this year as there are now tons of games I'm anticipating! :)

BotW is my favorite Switch game, and I finally have the DLC now, so hopefully I'll be able to start playing that soon.

Least favorite is the BNHA game - I bought it thinking it'd have some extra story, but stopped when I realized it just recapped part of the anime.

Favorites:
1. Super Mario Odyssey
I’ll always love 3D Mario games no matter what. Especially the ones with non linear levels like 64/Sunshine and this.

2. Octopath Traveler
I’m a casual gamer and I don’t ever finish RPG’s without “Pok?mon” in the title so this was a surprise for me. Maybe I was deprived of the genre but I played the eff outta this game. Convoluted menus and battle systems usually put me off of JRPG’s but this game was simple enough for me, lol I also really loved the stories, there were some duds but most genuinely kept me interested to play until the end

3. Crash Bandicoot NSane Trilogy
Never played a Crash game before. The first game was completely new to me, the difficulty just added to the fun. The second game kinda just felt like an expansion for the first, but I enjoyed the gameplay and new environments just not as much as the first game ...still need to play 3.

4. Darksiders Warmastered Edition
Every now and then I decide to try out a different IP and get blown away by how great it is. This is one of them. The dungeons are pretty much ripped straight from Zelda and that’s a compliment. I can’t recommend this game enough, especially for $30

5. Sonic Mania
Been waiting for this all my life and it lived up to my expectations

Least favorite:
Mario x Rabbids
Just couldn’t get into it. Plus I paid full price and it goes on sale (with the expansion pass) often

Yoshis Crafted World
Loved the main game but the souvenirs ruined the experience and I think of the game as a tedious grind now

+Anything with a boat level that has a camera that rocks back and forth. As soon as this happens in a game I get motion sickness that doesn’t go away until I beat the game and stop playing.
(Looking at you Little Nightmares and Yonder the Cloud catcher (which I actually liked, despite wanting to vomit the entire time))

BoTW is probably my second favorite game of all time behind paper mario the thousand year door. For least favorite I would probably say mario tennis aces, its not bad it just didn't really grab me.

My favorite is Splatoon 2 and Let's Go Evee. The worst was Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles. The reviews I saw online were good but it was so boring for me and the character design is kinda ugly.

So far Super Mario Odyssey is my favorite Switch game. I spent hours exploring that game's world and enjoyed every minute of it.

My least favorite was Mario + Rabbids. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed playing it. It's just that I find XCOM to much more interesting when it comes to this genre of games.

I don't have a lot of Switch games at the moment so these are the only ones I could really list.

Favs:

Undertale: I really like this game, because some of the characters are really funny. I’ve gotten inspiration from this game to maybe one day create my own RPG.

Deltarune: This one is made by the same person who created Undertale. It also funny and I like the character design. One of the characters are on my profile pic.

Mario Kart Deluxe: Because sometimes I like to play a racing game.

My Least Favorite:

Crash Bandicoot: I haven’t played this very much. Maybe if I played it more often then I would like it more but I really just don’t like platformers (Unless it’s Mario of course.)

This list was kinda small since I only have a small amount of Switch games.

My favourite based on play time would probably be Smash Ultimate. I just have the most play time on that. Not much to say, it's just Smash Bros, they're all kinda the same.

Based on just "I like that" it would be Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate. I've not played that much of it honestly, but I had it on 3DS and transferred the data from that.

As for least favorites;

My second least favourite would be Breath of the Wild. I just found it so boring and repetitive, really not feeling much like a Zelda game at all. If future Zelda games follow this direction, I'm just done with the series.

Pokken DX. I never picked this up on Wii U so decided to get it for Switch. I wish I just burned the money instead. Not as bad as the typical crappy 'anime fighting game', but still pretty friggin' awful. The only Switch game I've sold.

2: I only buy games that I want.

I have the opposite problem. I only buy games I don't want.

BOTW is probably one of my top games of all time. And now Splatoon 2 is pretty much preoccupying my life so there's that.

forgot to mention least favourite - I don't have many games for switch and I admit I enjoy most of them so there's no real strong dislike. However, I bought little nightmares and regretted it after playing a few hours. The graphic quality is just too... fuzzy... to be enjoyable.

Super Smash Bros and Breath of the Wild are my two favourites.

I bought Bomberman when the Switch came out and immediately regretted it. It was an awful launch title :(

My favorite games on switch would be splatoon 2 since I have the most play time and it is so much fun to play. Stardew valley- I like that it is similar to the old harvest moon games and it seems like you never run out of stuff to do. Mario Kart 8- Sometimes I enjoy playing a racing game. Zelda breath of the wild- I like exploring the open world and facing the challenges and solving the puzzles in the shrines.

My least favorite games on switch would be crash bandicoot and mariorabbids- I haven't really put in the time to play these since the other games have been occupying my time.

Favorite: Sonic Mania
I loved Sonic on the Mega Drive/Genesis. They're just as good as the Mario and DKC games imo, if not better. I hated Sonic Adventure on the Dreamcast and the games just kept on getting worse from that point. The Advance trilogy was good but I digress. Getting a new "classic" Sonic was a dream come true for me and it didn't disappoint. So far I've played it for 120 hours, which is quite a bit for such a short game, but it never gets old. There are a couple of things that keep it from being a 10/10 though. First thing is the returning zones. Or some of them. Sonic & Knuckles and Sonic CD are both represented by two zones each while the original game only has one. Green Hill. I'd take Star Light and even Spring Yard over those four zones any day. The other thing is the difficulty. Or rather the lack of. Mania is way easier than the classic games and a lot of the time the game is playing itself. It never goes overboard like some of the modern games do but it makes it feel a bit effortless at times. Also, you shouldn't really end up with 50-60 spare lives after beating a game. Other than that, Taxman and his crew did everything right. My favorite game since Animal Crossing: New Leaf.

Least favorite: Moonlighter
Not a bad game at all. It just failed to wow me, just like a lot of other indies such as Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon and Kero Blaster. The reason why I chose to single out Moonlighter is because of all the glitches. I still managed to complete the game but many just felt cheated and gave up. Apparently they have fixed a lot of the issues now.

I think my favourite switch game is splatoon 2! as for the worst one i've bought and played i'd say fire emblem warriors or puyo puyo tetris just cos i cant figure out how to order the little blobs to get the high score lmaoooo

I got three games, where two of them have been played a lot. My favorite is no doubt Breath of the Wild. It's just a masterpiece in my eyes, it's absolutely amazing. I don't play it as much as when I first got it, but I find myself getting back to the game if I want to do something relaxing. It just makes me breathe calm.

My least favorite is Fortnite. I don't dislike it, but I only played the game twice before I got too bored with it. (A reason to that could probably be that I don't have control over the buttons yet, haha).
