I'd say yes there may be upper limit at times, like, if you said you want 100 mil I may have to say no, depending on how busy I am irl that day. lol But any amount less than 20 mil is no problem anytime.

I have an ABD in my home, not far from the train station. So I suggest we do the IGB transfer in my town? One person carries from my home to in front of the train station, and one from in front of the train station to the post office's ABD.
