Yes sure, I can scan in their van per request. If you can get the full set or no depends on if you have enough coupons and you can time travel. Ordering 1 item from RV in other's town costs 5 MEOW coupons. Full set will cost 55 - 70 coupons, depending on which character's van.
So, who's van would you like me to scan in?
Also, if it's hard to time travel or not enough coupons on you, I'd recommend option 3.

Also, just a little heads up, since you're new on the site and might not know.
You can earn forum bells(tbt) by posting in the threads. (except for the Basement section) So you'll earn more tbt as you repeat making requests. Lucky for you, forum is holding a Bell Boom Event right now. So you'd be able to earn more cold hard cash(tbt) by posting, than how much you can earn usually. And if you get enough for a set(20 tbt) at some point, you could just buy off the set, if it's easier for you. ^^
