Zen Garden?

So I know some of the PWP's from ACNL are items here in HHD so I was wondering if anybody has seen the Zen Garden PWP yet on here or if anybody knows for sure that is isn't or is on here. I want it for a tea garden and if someone knows who gives it that would be awesome! If not I am totally making a design with several pieces for my own but I just wanted to see if it was on the game or not...
