Sorry for the lack of communication.
But I will see the the current status on my towns population, if it is not going to decrease then I will TT until a notification happens.

If you can sew that well and you want a plush of your character, why not?
I wouldn't say never, but I just have no idea when I'll open my shop or if I really want to at this point.
edit: Just read last sentence--The reason school takes up a lot of my time is because I don't just "pass"--I have a 4.18 GPA and pride myself in my grades. I could probably spend a lot less time in school and more on art but that would cause my grades to drop, and obviously school is more important than an internet community, regardless of which one I'd rather spend time on.
That's pretty much it. It's a never-ending cycle, which is why my shop is closed without an opening date. I honestly don't know if/when I'll open it.
