    Town is full and he doesn't want to risk losing his other nine dreamies. That's why he's been waiting for one villager to move out for the last month and a half. Sorry I wasn't clear in the thread.

    No worries! Take your time. He doesn't move til maybe 4 days from now, so if you can't pick him up today, you could pick him up some other day.
