I've been noticing the more effective weapons in each modes. Obviously Splattershot Jr. and Aerospray for Turf Wars (honestly anything can function because it's the least interactive of the modes) and power-packing weapons like gallons and blasters for Tower Control.
I'll be rusty when switching to a different weapon, but overtime the "rust" period gets shorter and I just get used to it and can pick it up instantly after a hiatus.
