Haha that's not a dumb question. I didn't know either until I played around with some things. It's just like a color tag where you go: [COLOR="#000000"[]/COLOR] except instead of color you replace it with spoiler and after the = sign you put what you want to title it. 
it took me a while to figure out too! (also ignore the switch of the brackets by the color tag, I wanna make sure it shows up. normally they're switched xD)
