I had a huge private beach in my last town. The size of my current private beach is the size it was in my very first town. I hardly use them though

I resetted a LOT to find my town, I really wanted Kiki and a good lay-out and I FOUND ONE eventually.
I have a picture of my town map on my blog. You can change my rules for the challenge if you want though. I started this, without even thinking that people would join me, haha.
The town of I rule "villager names/mayor name here".
