    I feel pity for you that it's your favorite holiday and you aren't able to afford the new Halloween collectables, I don't know how much TBT I can get from the event but I can give you all I get(or the new collectables) I don't really need my TBT except for my popsicle hunt which I don't think anyone wants to sell me their popsicles and getting my wishlist on New Leaf which should be cheap and people do giveaways for that. you are more active and more interested in collectables than me so you deserve it :)

    Hmm, I don't know why it doesn't show my account name in the URL, going to catalogs just says "/catalogs" going to my account just says "/account" and the home page is nothing, is there a way for you the search for my username? (it's the exact same as my TBT) sorry I'm new to MoriDB and New Leaf

    I just couldn't resist when I saw your Autumn post in the "What are you happy about today?" thread.

    I too am excited for Fall to begin, and yes it's hot where I live too I know that the leaves are falling and the tree leaves are turning colors too.

    Let's not forget the pumpkin spice things are coming out. I can be much interested in trying anything pumpkin spice that I like (And avoid the ones I don't.) The little debbie pumpkin delights were my childhood, so I always get them when available.

    Thanksgiving is great too! I look forward to the turkey and the parade every year. Funny enough is that Gamefreak announces a tidbit of what they have in store for them next year at the parade.

    But what I love more than Halloween and Thanksgiving is Christmas! The vibes, the music, the holiday TV classics, oh the joyous wonders this Holiday brings. I ain't even sad when it's all over, I love winter as much as fall so bonus points for me.

    (Had to comment again, 720 character limit. That's how much I love the end of the year..._ :lemon:

    The whole latter half of the year is the best; Autumn and Winter are awesome! Halloween/Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's. Spring and Summer just can't compare at all imo.

    While I really love October and Halloween, and Halloween's my favorite day personally, the span of days from Christmas Eve up through January 1/2 are just delightful. They just have a pleasant, relaxing and happy aura to them.

    I enjoy the leadup to Christmas a lot too since I bake cookies for family and my best friend, and the TBT forum festivities are a fun way to enhance the season as well. Gotta listen to Christmas music and try to fit in some Christmas movies too if there's enough free time.

    I'm more of a cool/cold season fan rather than a warm/hot season fan. The only things I like about Spring are the beginning of it and Easter (Especially on here) about Summer, the only things I like about it are my Birthday and the Summer TBT Events (Even though I skipped about 3 of them since 2021...)

    I'm looking forward to these future TBT events coming this year since I missed out on the most biggest one of the year.

    It’s called a Jabberin’ Jack. I got this one last year. And yes, the face is a hologram instead of an actual carving, but that’s so it can have an animated face.

    Here’s the best part. Each personality contains three songs each, which are all sung after he or she says enough dialogue. I got mine at Wal-Mart.

    They’ve been out since 2020 if I can remember. If your local retailer doesn’t have it, I’m sure you can order it online.

    I've never yet watched any of the Insidious movies, worth checking out?

    As for The Exorcist, do you mean the original 1973 The Exorcist or the upcoming sequel The Exorcist: Believer? If you mean the original, you're in for a good time.

    Believer. Captain Howdy from the original is one of the only horror movie moments to actually freak me out to this day.

    The first Insidious is worth checking out, the rest are just meh. 2nd is a direct sequel, 3 and 4 are one offs, and 5 tries to bring things around to the beginning again.

    I'm kind of hesitant to part with it since I really like having the pink and red(dish) potions in the four corners aesthetically, but have nothing else worth much TBT and have my eyes on something that I need TBT for. Depends a bit on what sort of eggs are released for Easter, whether they're in demand, how much I could get for them (if I even want to part with those either if they end up being really cool, rip).

    Regardless, I'll let you know. :)

    Also, thanks and likewise to you, the Shenanigans were quite fun.

    Same here, I’ve never decorated cookies either, but I bake all the time. Too bad I forgot I had piping bags until AFTER I used my finger 😅

    I've never actually used a piping bag either yet. (Krampus might've looked a bit better with black icing piped on but made do with what I had.) I generally do various types of cookies and quick breads like pumpkin, banana, zucchini, etc. My best friend is a cake decorator though, I need to learn her ways one of these days.

    I make zucchini bread and blueberry muffins the most. I used to decorate cakes at my first job at Dairy Queen and I loved it. I don’t know if you’ve seen the show, but Netflix has this show Nailed It - it’s a bunch of terrible bakers, and I’m always like “I could SO do that!” Well, when I was decorating my cookies, I felt like I was on Nailed It haha.
