open picture in photoshop, canvas size -> make it perfectly square, make a mask and paint it black (like the rolling stones song), use the elliptical marquee tool and set the style to "fixed size" and set it to the canvas size, make the marquee, paint it white, set image size to 100 times 100 pixels (so it fits on tbt), done!
