Then add a color balance layer adjustment to change the color to something more deep and bright.
Should try changing the font style. The edges of the render is really rough. What happened there? Also, the contrast and hue is off. Should add an adjustment layer to fix it.

And it's probably better. No one ever credited the resource creators on crunchyroll when they were distributing textures, so it was kind of immoral ^^;

Awww, thanks <3 Tbh I just layer textures constantly. Crunchyroll used to have an extremely diverse and lively graphics community and it was a really great place to learn. They had soooo many resources and tutorials. It's such a shame that it pretty much died >:
