    It's crucial to smudge your render into the background when doing a smudging style. You need to involve the render into your signature, make it look like the render belongs there. With that, flow is also important.

    Off topic: Just finished creating a new style for myself. It's been something I've been working on for about a week. After a lot of practice, I finally got it down. Here's my sample sig:
