Yes, if he ever does show up in my town, no one else will be able to ask for him. It's like a safety net.
For example, I was looking for Bree EVERYWHERE. If I ever did see her available in a cycling thread, she was already reserved. So, I would go to other threads and reserve her before she even moved in just in case. Make sense? c:
