What usually seems to work for me is low prices. Maybe if you lower the price a bit you will get an offer. But before you do look around and try to see the average amount of TBT people have and then make your decision from there. :>

The thing is I do want Poppy but at the moment I am trying to settle with other villagers. Ruby just moved into my 10th spot yesterday and I have Stitches in my cycle town who I am also going to move into my main town once there is a spot again. But thank you anyway.
