Her shirt is different (right now, it's one of the default patterns); I don't know about her house, since I had gotten her from someone else. My guess is it's not 100% original just to be on the safe side.
To make it fair to others, I've decided to only allow one villager to be reserved, so please post again in the thread (or just VM me back) to tell me which villager you want to reserve: Vladimir or Tammy.
If nobody else reserves the one you don't chose by the time they're in boxes, I'll let you have him/her.
