You're suppose to unzip the folder and copy the contents in the zip file to your sd card. To unzip a folder you have to right click it and press unzip.

Why do you need a RAR file...? *shifty* What are you doing? Why are you extracting from folders? The only extracting you need to do is on the Wii!
Thats correct! You dont need to worry about it. Copy everything once you have extracted it to your SD card. Then put the SD Card into the wii, you should get a red letter in your Wii mailbox. This video really helps, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=283DqDR2uaw&list=HL1344625765&feature=mh_lolz
