I have the dragonfly game on my island again!

So the island club (where you go with random people) sells exclusive items, so I bravely tried it out (no exclusive items this time). There's an option to either go locally (Japan) or internationally. I hit internationally, because I was hoping it meant no one would be there.

I thought I would have to start over, but nope! I now have a golden watering can.
Biskit is camping in my town. He reminds me of Hachi, so I want him to move in.

Yeah, I've been leaving it off, because I'm not always playing, but I still have my game left on to rack up the hours for the symbol tree.

I was surprised it worked too. xD The original owner of the game had only played it for around 10 minutes and had a starter and a taillow. I guess he wanted to swim with his pokemon. :/

I can still play my emerald, but all clock-based events no longer work. No berry growing for me.

I'm dreading the day the battery dies in my gold version. :c

None of my physicals have ever corrupted, but a friend of mine had, two copies of pokemon diamond corrupt? Maybe more than that. Technology seems to hate him, he had a DS die too, along with some other stuff I can't remember.

My emerald still works but the eternal battery died awhile ago. Not bad for a game that was found in the deep end of a public swimming pool. xD

I did get the Wii Mini, but it's rarely used. Which is why I bought a Wii Mini instead of a Wii U; I knew that would happen.

My English pokemon game will be my main one with all Japanese 6th gen events being evacuated over to that game. Physical can corrupt too, but not as easily as digital.

Nintendo is doing nothing here, but NOA is... :/ so that is to be expected. No nice XLs here.

English version of pokemon will be a physical copy because I'm not brave enough to have two digital copies.

I think the update in Japan was to allow Shaymin's sky forme and Giratina's origin forme.

Yeah, they usually do get everything last. The XL bundle is nice, but...digital. :x
Despite my wariness of digital, I'll probably download Pokemon Y from the eshop instead of importing. I read somewhere that it will be in the Japanese eshop.

Pokemon ranch in Japan did get some update that the rest of the world never got. ^^;
Yeah, I have most of the pokemon from gen 1-4, but I need to breed and evolve them. X_x I'm too lazy for that.

Korea is getting NL next month. xD

But if you want those pokemon from platinum on XY, you'll probably have to go 4>5>6. :c
I forgot those games even existed. I wouldn't mind a game like pokemon ranch on the 3ds.

I think Mario Kart for the DS is still around $50 here. xD Even used, it's close to that price and so I never bought it.
Canada used to never get in store events or wifi events, but that has changed lately. If I get an event Meloetta and you don't, I can give you one.

My pearl and English platinum pc boxes are completely full. I have trouble moving pokemon around in those games because I only have a few empty spaces in my party. D: I would send some over to 5th gen, but then they'd lose their original dates showing when they were first caught, hatched and their event items. :c

I'd rather have extra boxes in my game than in an app. If the story is weaker in BW2...well, I haven't gotten that far yet. xD

I never used the secret bases in R/S/E. I had no one else to play pokemon with at that time. ;_; It'd be nice to have them back so I could properly try them out.
The story was much better in BW. It was a nice surprise.

For collecting, it'd be nice if some feature similar to Platinum's show-your-pc-box-off-online could be brought back and incorporated into streetpass.
And if there's any paid DLC for these games, I will gladly buy the max amount of pc boxes available. I always run out of room. :c

There better be a way to transfer between gens after the main story. The big gaming stores do seem overpriced. Lately I've been buying my games at the big grocery stores. They've been expanding to include small electronics sections.
I got my used copy of WW at gamestop because there was no where else to buy it and got ripped off big time. :c

I bought my pink ds lite and pearl on the same day. xD I remember trying to get the black ds lite a few months prior to pearl coming out, but the black and white lites were always sold out. It was not meant to be. I every pokemon too, except Meloetta. I hope NA and Europe get a Meloetta event soon or I'll have to borrow my cousin's hacked one. xD

What I really want to know about these games is streetpass. Is it going to be a lame feature where we just get info on other trainers we streetpass with or could we possibly somehow trade with streetpass? Or it'll be like BW with those power ups that are given through entralink or w/e it was called. xD

Beat 8 gyms, defeat some random evil gang that always uses crap pokemon, despite the fact that they are an evil gang and could either steal or catch better pokemon, then go defeat some elite trainers, and then a champion who will always be champion even after you kick their butt. Then after that you can...do nothing. Maybe battle at some battle frontier unless you're like Mint who mainly collects and therefore doesn't have much to do after the main story except whine about all of the event pokemon in Japan she can't get.

It'd be like BW2, with old pokemon in areas with new pokemon, instead of BW where there was only new pokemon until after the Elite 4 when pokemon from past gens became available.

I don't want any dragons either, but there will be one.

The Japanese limited was a pain in the arse to get, so I may as well get a JP version of Y to get more use out of this 3ds. Zelda 3ds was hard to get too, but only because Gamestop lied to me. :/
I have a limited platinum GBA too, but I don't think that one really qualifies. xD

I agree, white is better than the ugly blue and red. There is a pink and white XL, but pink...ick. I got a pink ds lite because it was the only colour available when pearl came out; however, I'm not that desperate this time. xD

If there is no dark gym, I will be very disappointed. :c It's one of my favourite types.
