    Hey, it's possible! (x I know how to time travel really far into the future (or in your case it'd be to the present) without losing any villagers. Plus dreamies can change, so house placement could be adjusted too if you got different villagers. I can't count on my fingers how many times my dreamies have changed or how many villagers I replaced with others. I'm sure your town is salvageable!

    Alright, I've decided! I was starting to think I wanted one of the eagles more than Octavian and was hoping for an offer, but I realized that Octavian would only be my ninth villager, and that I could have room for one of the eagles after I finally kick out Rocket. He's still not in boxes, but I'll let you know when he is!

    oooh, i see. sorry to hear! similar thing happened to me a long time ago so i could relate. only difference is i ended up resetting my town instead of holding the villager, hehe
