A walk in shower is a shower stall. Right now our bathroom has a bath tub with very high sides. I can't lift my legs high enough to get in. With a walk in shower I could just step in or use my chair if need be.

I'm always here for you to vent to. Ah, I think I get it. This person was wearing a personality like a mask to hide what they really were. There's different levels of weird. There's "just not like everyone else" weird and then there's "Don't ever leave me alone with this person" weird. It sounds like this person has some really dark & unpleasant aspects to their true self. Did this person physically hurt you? They had better not of or I'll teach them what pain truly is. You can never vent too much to me. We've been trying to have a walk in shower installed in our apartment for me since I'm disabled and the Corporate office for our apartments approved the project but is being real pains in the butt about the contractor we can use. I thought we had found the perfect one but last Friday (not yesterday) we were told they weren't approved. Last Friday was also the 1 year anniversary of my grandfather's passing. It was a rough day. I just feel... weary, I guess.

It's also true that life does bully us by making us have to try harder then we'd hoped. You always work hard, my friend. Yes, somethings are worth working hard for. We're okay. We're trying to get a shower stall installed in our bathroom to replace the tub. It's too hard for me to get into the tub with my bad leg. It's been a challenge but we'll get it done eventually. Other than that we're doing okay.
