Ah. The forum time that you see on your browser is by your settings, I suppose. There's a section where you choose your timezone.
So, if you're in Pacific time, your morning (ex. 9am) to noon should be my 1am - 4am, which I don't think I'm for sure available. Maybe your evening to night time would be better. I usually get back on around 1pm or 2pm my time, which is your 9pm or 10pm.

No it's not possible. You gotta pluck 30 as a visitor if you want him to give you the furniture. Also the pieces you get by weeding in your own town and in other player's town are different pieces.
