Kilos? I wish America used the metric system. Not really sure how much or how little 5 kilos is. >< My heaviest was 180 lbs, but now I'm within my ideal BMI range for my height, which is 148 lbs. Sandwiches and bagels are always good breakfast options if you're on the go. Let me know if you find any easy recipes from youtube!

Yay, awesome! I should eat healthy too. Right now, I pretty much stuff my face until 6 pm and then stop eating altogether. I was able to get to my goal weight this way... Definitely not the best weight loss plan. lol!
