I've sell sets to people everyday in my shop without the wall/floor, your the first one to say something. I consider set peices furniture, which is why I have another category for walls and flooring.

well, i kinda just re-started my town and had no idea that in order to get villagers to move i needed a town ordinance in place. . . so this whole time I'm running around town like a wild animal trying to fulfill 100% approval rating.
