Btw, copied and pasted from Smogon:
If you have a Hidden Ability(HA) Male with a Ditto, it passes on the HA.
If you have a HA Female with a Ditto it passes on HA
If you have a HA Female with Normal male it passes on HA.
if you have a HA Male with Normal Female it DOES NOT pass on HA. (Same with male)
Just an fyi, if you find a Ralts with the ability Synchrnoise and a Hasty Nature, all the wild Pokemon you see will be Hasty if that Ralts is in the first of your party (dead or alive).
And that Ditto would just affect the chances of the kid Pokemon on getting 0 Speed IVs if you have a Destiny Knot attached to it or its partner. 0 Speed Dittos are good for breeding with: Ferroseed, Foretress, and Honedge.
Sorry, but adamant is prob the worst nature for frogadier :{

the only difference between male and female pokemon is that females have the ability to pass down Hidden abilities and males have a lower chance of that. so yes you can still breed the male with ditto
