yeah acrobatics can be something like aerial ace, but if you want a knock off absorber then acrobatics is fine on gliscor.
Well firstly you should learn the type and type weaknesses of pokemon. How good a team may seem to be will not matter if the player does not use the right moves on the right time. Study the type weaknesses and quickly glimpse some Pokemon and find out their types if you have the time.
Also Acrobatics is a very weak move. It only does 110 damage if Gliscor is not holding any item at all, which may not be worth the time since items are valuable. If you like acrobatics change the set and find a Flying Gem or something to give to Gliscor to increase Acrobatics Power (flying gem will be gone after one use, it boosts flying type attacks)
