As for Mewtwo it’s a normal legendary so it is able to be traded via GTS. Your best bet is to put up an extra legendary Pokémon if you have or one you don’t want anymore into the GTS asking for a Mewtwo (any fair trades I normally put up tend to go somewhat quickly). You can search for Mewtwo that other people have put up but it’s usually a waste of time as they often ask for something unreasonable or impossible. Though if you own Ultra Sun or Ultra Moon and have completed the game there’s a way you can even catch one yourself in the game. It can take a bit to find and you’ll want a high level team to battle it if you don’t have a Master Ball, but that’s an option too if you wanted to catch it yourself. (Message part 2 of 2)

Unfortunately Mew is a special event only mythical legendary which means it’s unable to be traded through the GTS. The only way to get one is in a normal trade like adding a friend and asking them to trade. I kinda wish you could get one on the GTS but it is special so it guess it makes sense. Unfortunately I don’t have any extra ones myself or else I’d offer you one. Your best bet is likely to make a post (there’s a Pokémon trading thread on this site but it’s not usually busy enough to help so I suggest the TBT marketplace if you don’t mind paying some TBT to get one). If I remember correctly you have to create a Zygrade using 100 cells so that it has the Power Construct Ability. Once you’ve done that you should be able to use the cube to change it to the Dog form. It’s rather tricky with the shiny version as deconstructing it even once makes it not shiny. So I had to deconstruct a normal non shiny Zygarde to give the shiny one the Power Construst Ability so I could make it into the dog form. Rather confusing if you ask me. I like it’s dog form better though. ^_^
