I've already complied with it. No choice. Instead I got a special skill in a sense. I can sleep anywhere anytime and can wake up in less than two hours. So it fills the lack of sleep. xD

Ah right. We need to put efforts into
1) learn new architecture
2) practice at actual scenes with seniors
3) also practice how to negotiate/discuss with customers who often make IMPOSSIBLE offers with their budget
4) do chores that doesn't need any knowledge for seniors
5) usually we have to get licences until the middle of internship
6) we can sleep usually 4-5 hours a day if we are lucky at that date
7) still get yelled at by our boss or senior members
8) If we are female we definitely need to learn how to smile so we can reduce the trouble with seniors

Yea its quite a bit of work to breed them though its very tempting and it seems that it gets us obsessed with it when we started to do that. ^^;
