You can get streetpass badge by getting lots of streetpass, of course. I don't know how it is in outside of Japan, at least in Japan Nintendo set a new system for getting streetpass more easier couple months ago. We needed to physically streetpass in previous system, but now we can get other player's streetpass data even a little later they were actually there. If it doesn't make sense I'll figure out how to explain later. I got tired out today for hosting ceremony for long hours! ^^;

Understandable. Y'know I've kept adding and deleting literally close to thousand times, hehe. And I can never delete my old trading partners who wouldn't pop in here anymore because they were so lovely. xD That's why it takes time for me to do the trade sometimes. I have to consider who I have to delete for adding new ones, every each time!
