I've got a poem-
Alone on this train,
Except for a cat of blue.
I don't know where I'm heading, my fear is plain
Yet I know I'll be safe if I'm true.
What is this place,
With TVs in the trees?
Why is my face like this so,
Skinned when theirs is blues and greens?
They call me Mr. Mayor,
They need someone to lead,
Heck, if I'm gonna do it, they had better prayer,
For I'm not for this job, heck no, indeed!
But yet they are so endearing,
They are my best and only friends,
They are my protection from endless jeering,
They are my hope that lasts no end.
But as I grow older,
I wont need them,
And less weight will be on my shoulder,
But I wont forget my precious gem, never ever ever.
I logged in one day, after many years,
I didn't know what would come before me,
Villagers were gone, weeds were around, it nearly drove me to tears,
I hated what I saw and what I see.
I will rebuild the town,
Because I know what it's like for no hope,
I know what it's like to have a forever frown,
And always be a mope.
Thank you, New Leaf,
You saved me from an awful blooper,
You helped me be able to sleep,
But maybe we may meet again, in the far future.
