I'd wish for the ability to manifest fictional things into the real world, I could solve a ton of problems and be able to use these powers for personal fun. Polluted water? Get Suicune, the pokemon who can purify water by walking on it. World hunger? That pig that gives you unlimited pork from the episode of The Simpsons that tells the story of Adam and Eve. Deforestation? Get some Shen Gong Wu from Xiaolin Showdown, the Reversing Mirror reverses the effects of other Shen Gong Wu so you could pair it with the Rio Reverso to turn an acorn into an oak (or pair with the Changing Chopsticks to make food giant for people who don't think unlimited bacon is the best way to solve world hunger for moral or religious reasons).
I would probably save the other two wishes for when things go horribly wrong with my first wish because let's face it, manifesting fictional things is all fun and games until your creations start seeking revenge and you can't get rid of them because your powers are only designed to summon them not dismiss them. Even assuming the fictional beings don't turn on me once they realize they aren't real and I'm using them as pawns I'm sure some government agency or criminal organization will track me down and I'll need a way out. Worse case scenario I use the wishes to get rid of my creations and wipe people's memories and wind up back where I started and best case scenario I saved the world and can use my powers to become filthy rich.
