So I really REALLY wanted Raymond. I spent days staying up till 6am travelling to mystery islands looking for Raymond. I played NONSTOP going in an endless loop to mystery islands and after 600 trips(which was probably the most boring thing I've ever done), I had used so many tickets and given up. Today I found an auction for Raymond on here and spent 950 NMT to finally buy him.
Total cost: 1550 NMT
Was it worth it: 100% yes

I would never spend that much, but gratz on your Dreamie. At least you have him now.

I’m so glad you got him, though! He’ll be going to a wonderful home.
 
That is some commitment! I got him on my first island visit! RNG is mother. But hats off my man for keeping up the grind.
 
How were you able to get this many miles?? I’m stuck at 20.000 lol

Nook Miles Tickets can't be duplicated, even before the glitch was patched. The only items that can be duplicated were items that can be placed. Nook mile tickets can only be dropped.

Please don't bring that kind of negativity on someone's positive post. Any and all NMT's in this game are all bought with Nook Miles, which cannot be hacked/duplicated/etc. This is a genuine purchase here.

i think that is such an unfair thing to say. you don't know anything about this person. sure they could cheat, but why be so pessimistic? plus i think nmt was something you couldn't duplicate. and people are using them as trading currency now, so maybe they sold off a villager and were paid nmt in return?

NMT can't be duplicate but that why dupers sell there switchs/royal crowns for NMT. You think duper would stop at just getting free bells? Nope they want everything including NMT. If you been on trading board over on other forum, you will see this to be the case not too long ago.

I'm aware that people duplicated crowns for bells, but that doesn't mean OP did it. Accusing them of cheating is wrong.
