hello everyone, so glad you are here. i am so excited to show you this island. well… moreau's island. i'm not moreau, but that’s another story. the doctor is not the beloved father of the island anymore, i fear. but worry not, that’s where i step in! well me and ten beastpeople. manimals if you will. walking and talking little furry fellas that make this island a better place. you will meet them later. enough movie references, right?

July 27th, 2024 • that’s when my plane crashed on this… dare i say overgrown little piece of land. a rather nice one, if i am honest though. when i first arrived there, only two strange manimals welcomed me. reneigh and sly, if i remember their names right. a lot of time has passed since then and they long moved away. but as soon as i had settled in, i knew it was my job to make this island a more comfortable home. sure the mess has its charm, but the residents and i agreed that we need to do something. and we weren’t wrong. as the chaos subsided, more and more beastpeople got comfortable here. by now we are quite the strange bunch of creatures, but i honestly couldn’t wish for any other weirdos than those i call my neighbors.

now get ready to meet the gang… the family even. also get ready for a few more movie references. (this island is based on the island of dr. moreau, you should’ve expected this) so… where do i start? tucker! tusky fella, sleepy guy. hungry dude. major sweetheart. y'know how there was a boar-man in the movie. he looked like this. not to be biased or anything, but i am sure he was also a sweetheart. next we have, oh my baby. coco… i think we found her when digging for gyroids. she wasn’t too happy about it at first but now she grew quite fond of living here. me personally, i love that sweet girl. from a sweet girl to a sweet boy, there is kyle. well i heard he's related to the good ol' hyena swine, but i don’t want to dig up old memories there. the smug yeen doesn’t always appreciate the simplicity of island living, but we all know he loves our nightly bonfires and singing songs at the plaza. one thing he certainly doesn’t love is being neighbors with vivian. that snooty yeen wolf lady is always in the mood to pick a fight. but not to be too harsh on her, she can be nice if she wants to. and if anyone is in trouble she is the first one to help out with medicine or a soup to make them feel better. mentioning soup… that probably lured spork in here already. there is the friendliest little man ever. always a smile on that round face and a childish behavior that will win over anyones heart. you can’t possibly look at that guy and tell him no when he asks for an extra piece of cake. some healthy cake maybe? i know someone who could definitely stir one up in no time. billy is one of our local healthy guys. you'll find him on long walks on the beach or thinking up a new healthy recipe to share with us. also being our eldest, we can totally count on him for advice. he told me he was a distant relative of the sayer of the law, the old satyr that lived on moreau's island. talking about distant relatives, here comes tiansheng. somehow related to the ape man assassimon, he clearly has another iconic mythological figure he looks up to. strong, fast and a good man through and through, tiansheng wants to be like sun-wukong, the monkey king. (yeah yeah, he is not completely on theme with moreau's but come on… cute monkey!!) just as energetic as him, but a little less serious we have sweet girl maggie. our little star who loves to sing, dance, buy cute clothes and gets the zoomies. everyones best friend. now that you read this, you just gained a new friend as well. she already made you matching bracelets. way less energetic but nothing short of sweet, the other doggie on moreau's is bea. a shy little lady who mostly stays home to cook or read. but don’t mistake her shyness for being uninterested in being friends. she remembers everyones birthday, makes sure we all get together on holidays and no one stays alone. with a friend like this, even the toughest manimals soften up. even though kittycats like katt. with her raspy voice and resting grumpy face she easily scares people of. don’t be fooled, behind that tough unbothered kitty is still a caring soul. she won’t share her cookies, but wouldn’t hesitate to risk her life to save a friend. now that you know my ten beastfriends, a little word from the island rep…

you read all of this? or did you just skip here…? either way, hello again! now you heard a lot about moreau's island. and you will keep on hearing about it. as the trusted island rep i totally didn’t abandon the island for a few months after flattening it just to check back in now. never. couldn’t be me. also my outfits similarity to a certain dr. moreau, perhaps played by marlon brando, is totally coincidental. see you all around!
