NES

Nintendo Switch Lite since my originally one was dying.

That is tough since I have a handful that I like about equally. ,

4. Your favorite mobile game of all time?
Either Last Cloudia or Genshin Impact (though I’m not happy with the the direction Genshin has been taking lately). It used to be One Piece Treasure Cruise but I think that game is done considering the lack of changes for a few years now inspite feedback.

5. The last game you played?
If you mean finished, I forgot. It’s been so long. Last one I was actively working on not counting gacha games was the switch version of Persona 5 Royal. Still need to finish up that playthrough.

6. The 1st video game you played?

No idea. I was a kid and I don’t remember specifics from my childhood.

7. Your favorite video game from the past 5 years?

If ports count, Persona 5 Royal, otherwise Splatoon 3.

8. Your favorite game for local multiplayer?
None. Don’t know anyone locally and don’t like multiplayer usually. I do like Splatoon 3 though.

9. A game that brings back a lot of memories?

The Sims - any but Sims 4 and medieval since I never played those. Particularly Sims 3. So many hours wasted lol. Final Fantasy X since I used to analyze and discuss the game on tumblr with others in the community. It was a nice community.

10. A game you spend the most time playing?

Probably the Sims 3; sadly I can no longer play it since my computer is old and couldn’t handle it ever anyways.

11. Favorite game on the computer?
The Sims 3 or Dragon Age Origins (I like pc version best of DAO since it was easier to take screenshots)

Maybe Splatoon? Not really sure. I’m not a big Nintendo fan. I like mostly games that are available on the switch that were first available on another console.

This is tough. Maybe Neuvillette or Il Capitano from Genshin Impact. My favorites are always changing so I’m not sure..

A lot since I really have no idea.

Maybe 400 hours? No clue. I have to double check on my switch but NH i have over 250 hours I think. I don’t know if I played NL as much. Don’t remember much from that time tbh.

Playstation or gamecube controller maybe. I prefer handheld though like the switch but minus joycons.

Shadow Hearts: Covenant - if they don’t mess with the music and graphics like the abomination of a remaster that FFX had. Otherwise just a port would be fine.

The Legendary Starfy. At most I know a lot of people have heard of it but don't actually know a lot about it since we only got the one in the West and Japan has several.

Chants of Sennaar. Incredibly clever and rewarding and unlike anything else I've ever played. I still think about it all the time.

MarioKart. The short match time gives it an advantage over Mario Party.

Every single GameCube title. I find Ty the Tasmanian Tiger to be evocative in a very specific way.

Animal Crossing: New Leaf has probably my highest playtime of any game. I also put a ton of time into Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon, Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, and Sonic Adventure 2: Battle.

Planet Zoo, because it won't run anywhere else.

Probably Animal Crossing. Big fan of Mario and Pokemon as well.

I cannot even begin to imagine how to estimate this. Uh....... several thousand? Less than 10,000 though? I've played a huge number of Pokemon games but I'm not someone who shiny hunts or obsesses over completing the Pokedex.

Oh geez. Definitely 2000. Maybe more than that. Somewhere above 2000 but definitely less than 3000.

I don't know the answer to this! GameCube or 3DS, probably.

The GameCube controller was the most comfortable and well designed controller, hands down.

19. A game you would love a remaster or remake of?

DISNEY'S EXTREME SKATE ADVENTURE. One of the greatest GameCube games of all time. Basically Tony Hawk with a Disney skin, but that's what made it amazing! And I'm not even really a Disney person. There's a limit to how interesting it can be to skate around yet another realistic skate park or city block. But skateboarding as a tiny toy in Andy's Room? Skateboarding on the moon in reduced gravity? Performing sick tricks on a giant elephant skull or skateboarding down a jungle vine? Awesome. It would be sooooo easy to rerelease it with new worlds and playable characters added. Big Hero 6? Frozen? Coco? COME ON.

Seriously, play Chants of Sennaar. It's the best game.

I feel like there are quite a few games that have sort of been lost to time, especially from what I consider the golden age of Nintendo games, SNES/N64/Gamecube generations. To name a few of my favorites: Blast Corps, Mischief Makers, Custom Robo, Yugioh Falsebound Kingdom (and Forbidden Memories for PS1), X-Men Legends, Zombies Ate My Neighbors, Harvest Moon 64, Thunder Spirits

I had this cool PS4 dualshock for playing on PC and iPad when the switch procontroller wasn't compatible with other devices back then. I don't own a playstation, just a separate controller.

Probably an average of 70 per generation, so like 630? I only completed the dex in X, only time it was super enjoyable,

New Horizons sits at 3050+ uhhh... New Leaf I think I left at like 600? Wild World maybe 300-400? Over 4000 probably with HHD.

Well I don't think any other console could beat those 3000 hours, that number lowkey shocked me. I feel like I was only at 1000...

It's all the same for me. I had an Xbox 360? for PC and since that broke I got the NS Pro Controller for dual purposes. Both fine.

19. A game you would love a remaster or remake of?
Honestly Sims 3 because the Open World concept is fire and the game just does not run well on modern machines as far as I experienced.

20. A game you really like that not many people know about?
I think Zero Escape deserves more love. Just escape rooms with a really strong setup for worldbuilding and lore.

I used to like Plants vs Zombies but something happened to it and it started going crazy with adding pay items and spamming me with advertisements all the time, so I stopped playing. With that said if I had to have an answer, I guess I would pick Crossy Road because I like to play it at arcades.

Final Fantasy VII (My hubby is playing now while I'm writing this!)

Oh my word... I'm not very good at this kind of estimation, but I imagine it's a very large number. Something in the mid-high 2000s?

The only Animal Crossing game I've put any amount of substantial time into is New Leaf, and I have played a lot of that game over many years. It's possible that my total time is over 900 hours.

If handhelds count, then I think that the answer is the 3DS.

The Gamecube controller is my favorite. It feels comfy to hold and I like the button layout.

I would like to see a remake/remaster of Chocobo Racing. I think it would make a cute and fun Switch game.

For me, it would have likely been the DS, the Wii is also likely, but seeing how it came out after, think that might be the case, also it was in a relative’s ownership at first before being mine. The Wii was for the whole family
