i've been making an active effort to drink a daily recommended amount of water. i've noticed i don't feel really nauseous or gross after eating anymore now that i've been drinking more water.
I’ll try to make this as simple as I can but I have been doing horrible lately things felt like they weren’t gonna get better and I still think that way ): I thought things were good for me but it all came crashing down because of my mental health I know one day things will get better
