Expression: Happy, she has an accessory that covers her mouth so she won't really be smiling but maybe the eyes can be kind of squinty to indicate that she's happy?

Other: I have some specifications that may or may not be possible for you to do so please just let me know what you're comfortable doing! (I'd be happy to offer extra TBT if anything I request here requires significant extra work, again just let me know!)
I'd like for:
-white nekomimi cat ears/tail
-her to be holding the balloon
-the dress to be somewhat poofy, as if she's wearing an underskirt/petticoat ykno?
-a bandage over her nose (like the accessory that already exists in acnl!)
-the shoes to be the same color as the stripes on her shirt

overall I love your style so I trust you to make any changes or adjustments that you see fit!!

Alrighty! I'm going out of town on Friday and I don't know how often I'll be able to check into TBT over the next couple weeks so is it alright if I send the TBT now? I don't want you to finish it and me not be able to get online to pay you! (and I trust it'll look great anyway so I'm not worried about prepaying at all :>)
