but on the other hand, if you woke up everyday at 6 PM and ate your first meal around 7 PM id call that breakfast lol
i may have to start working night shifts from 8 PM - 8 AM and i feel like my breakfast would be 7 PM, lunch would be like 1 AM and dinner would be like 4 AM
To me, whatever you eat within an hour of waking up is breakfast, no matter when you woke up. So, if you woke up at 7am and didn't eat all day, you definitely skipped breakfast, and are now eating lunch or dinner. If you woke up at 7pm and ate a burger, that* burger was your breakfast, IMO.
I have a similar question, I ate nothing for breakfast or lunch but had a burger for dinner so did I skip breakfast and lunch, skipped breakfast had lunch and skipped dinner, or did I have a burger for breakfast?
these are the true questions we must ask ourselves in life
I consider that skipping breakfast, something I do every day because eating before noon makes me nauseous. Now, on the weekends when I wake up later, I eat breakfast around noon and lunch around 3pm. So, for me I guess it depends on how much time has passed. If you eat within an hour or two of waking up, that's breakfast. Three hours or more and you're in the brunch/lunch territory.
ok so if you woke up at 1pm and then ate a burger i would say thats your breakfast but if you wake up in the morning and dont eat you are skipping breakfast
