I know another TBT member (Freya) does blogs talking about how her game is glitched and all this stuff, and I never really had a game that does weird stuff except a DS game that went haywire after using an ActionReplay.
But, I recently demolished my very old town(the first one we ever created) and started a new town. I got my house, worked for Nook and got settled, then I just didn't play for 3 weeks. When I came back, everything was normal but no one would give me any jobs to do. So, I went around planting coconut trees along the beach. Then I saved and quit. When the game started back up, I changed the date to one day forward, JUST ONE DAY, and when I got into my town... Weeds. Were. Everywhere. All my villagers acted like they hadn't seen me in a year... And my coconut trees were fully grown!
I've had this disc for almost 6 or 7 years and it's never glitched or anything... And all I did was go forward one day! I made sure I didn't change the year or the month, just the day!
Now I'm stuck picking a mass ton of weeds -.-
