It depends really on what day exactly games get released in the US. I think it's Sunday but if it isn't then it's whatever day it is closest to the date I guessed.

I picked January even though I know it won't happen! ;) I might as well take my chances! hahaha
 
Here is my guess:
NA Release- Fabruary 14th
EU Release- March 2nd
1 character that might be in your town when you turn it on is Bob.
 
That's 31 people in the running :D I'll have to clean up those who chose the same dates (really, just who chose them first, anyway) soon. I'm just too lazy to run through them all right now. :3
