Rudy (チャス, Chasu?) is a jock cat villager that first appeared in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. His English name may refer to Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, who has a red nose like Rudy. His initial phrase and his birthday support this possibility.
As a jock villager, Ruby will appear friendly to all personality types and will be outgoing and friendly towards the player too. He gets along well with other villagers, primarily peppy villagers (Jock villagers' counterpart), normal villagers, and other jock villagers. He also gets along with lazy villagers, but sometimes become confused by their lifestyle. He may annoy snooty and cranky villagers with his upbeat personality and his obsession for sports and fitness.
