Quick question what format will the auction have? ;w; Like would it be all 9-10 artists drawing for the one winner or...?

so if there were 5 winners and 10 artists they'd be receiving 10 pieces each? Is it say 1st place gets drawn by x, x and x...second place gets drawn by x, x...etc

ahh i was actually going back and forth with the winner thing. one winner would make everything easier but im not sure if people have THAT much tbt :0 (i mean theres like 10 artists its gonna be pretty expensive) but if we do like top 3 people the artists will have to draw three pieces, which im not sure everyone has time for. im sure what youre describing would work though! if 1 gets drawn by x and x for example, and 2 gets drawn by x and x, would the sbs be the same? or 1 could have like 4 artists while 2 could have 3, and so on?

i don't mind to be put on entry list if that is the case; there are a lot of lovely artists here too (whose work i rly admire as well)!!

I think the 1st, 2nd, 3rd thing is a cool idea. 1st gets the most pieces, 2nd gets one or two less, and 3rd gets a couple. But then it may not really be an auction O .o
Could also have tier lists, where blahblah blah artists will draw this for this much, and more artists come in/more effort into the art grows as the bid gets higher. End with one winner, or if ppl decide to collab bid, they figure out who gets who on their own and then tells us blah would like these 3, blah2 would like these 3, blah3 would like these 3, and blah4 will get this one cuz they contributed, but not as much as we did, or etc.
There's many ways you guys could do it, but at the same time, the theme may also contribute to how it all works.

Could also split up the artists into groups, then have there be tiers within those groups ("unlocking" bigger pieces by the same artists with higher bids). Then people who have less TBT have a chance, but people who have more can also bid for every group as well.

I kind of agree, in the end you're still picking who goes on so might as well just wait until then to reveal them all - nothing changes whether you announce them now or later except making others feel kind of bad/lesser.
