Amusing stories you have from any AC game

1. When I first started Wild World (my first AC game ever) as a kid, Tammy gave me a men's toilet as a present that would be "perfect for me" and I was seriously offended. I didn't understand that the items were completely randomized and it was not a personal attack.

2. When I played City Folk, I used to use the "report villager" feature any time a villager put on a shirt I thought was ugly, so that they were forced to change their shirt. I didn't find the shirts offensive or anything, I literally just used it as a way to make them change their clothes.

3. After the TBT 2017 fair, I made every villager in my New Leaf town have "Kracko" as a catchphrase and it was great.

I probably have more but this is all I can think of right now!

I remember when I was younger and I discovered the glitch where Redd is a ghost and walks into a sign post. I think it just really confused me, but it was funny.

Also when I was really young and I first saw Octavian in AC:GCN, I didn't know what he was and He actually kinda scared me. I left him leave my town, and now I really regret it because I haven't seen him in that game ever since ;-;

My first AC game was wild world and since it was my first exposure to the game I didn't really know how it worked. And I can't remember why, I think it was because I didn't like where my home was or something about the map, but I decided to "restart" my town THINKING that the villagers would be the same. Needless to say I was so saddened by this that I actually cried at the loss of my OG villagers.

i still feel a bit guilty about this but there was a time when i was really sleepy and walking around town with my pockets full of fish when i eventually talked to muffy. she had the "you likey?" option but since i was tired i forgot what she had asked me for. i selected the option anyway because i was new to the game and didn't know what that would do? and i......... gave her a fish. and uh

When I was younger, I remember seeing a popular gaming channel do the net glitch and I wanted to try it too! I did everything that the channel said to do, and it worked! I was happily walking along the train tracks until I saw that the rails shut. Then the train starts coming. I had just started to play ACNL, and I got my first scorpion bite (which scared the living heck outta me) so, I was screaming. I got so scared, I pressed the POWER button, which made me lose a lot of progress and a visit from Resetti.

When I was young I played animal crossing city folk religiously, me and my siblings put so much time and love and effort into our town. But one morning when I started playing I was met by Resseti... he was going off about me not saving of course which wasn’t anything new to me. But he would NOT stop. No matter what I clicked or told him or anything he would keep screaming at me with that terrifying face and music. Time traveling, restarting the Wii, nothing worked!! I was like 6 and I started crying so much he was literally traumatizing me I tried so hard to make him go away but he wouldn’t. So in a fit of anger and tears I deleted the whole town... yeah big mistake I was young and dumb and it’s not like I could’ve looked up how to get rid of him. I didn’t realize that it would remove EVERYTHING and it made me cry even more for like 2 hours. Everyone was so mad at me for deleteing it oops. I now have a personal hate for Resseti because of that and I refuse to add him in my new leaf town

I made the mistake of putting out a shirt I designed for myself that had cleavage drawn onto it onto the display at Able Sisters. Currently Snake, Marshal, and Limberg are all wearing it and no one else. My boy villagers are very well endowed in the chestal area apparently.

I was about 8 years old when I started playing Wild World. Now, I was kind of a lonely, isolated child, so I would get deeply attached to the characters in the games I played.

With that in mind, young me had a big crush on Lobo. I would give him gifts on any holiday I was playing, especially Valentine's Day, and I would always visit his house. It made me sad that he was mean to me and didn't seem to like me. Eventually, I got tired of him being his cranky self and started to talk to every villager except him to "get back at him". I stopped playing for a while and when I returned, I was awaited with the fact that Lobo had moved out and I SOBBED. I felt so bad. My parents were very confused.

Wish I knew what happened to that game. I'd like to go back and see what all I tried doing to gain Lobo's affection, but at the same time, I'd probably cringe real hard.
