Animal Clothes

I know with Pocket Camp and HHA, we could make villagers wear hats in addition to changing their shirts. I would like more of that in this game. Instead of shirts, I'd like to be able to make them wear dresses, hats, shoes, etc. It seems like such a shame that all the cute clothes are for our human characters. We should be able to dress our animal besties in similar get-ups, don't you think?

Omg yes definitely accessories. I hope they have requests where they ask for a hat or glasses or something and we can pick it out for them.

I think being able to dress them how we choose like in HHA and I think Pocket Camp would be a little too forceful and make them like our own personal pets.

Oooh, I like the idea of them asking for things! I really want there to be something like a quest system in this new game, and I think that would fit in perfectly.

Agree, I dress up my pets, but only with the bare necessities (the closest you would ever see me with a clothed pet is a bandana around its neck and a collar with medals for identification) but these are anamorphic animals, so it?s a bit different, heck, even HHD and the mobile game of animal crossing PC, I don?t even dress them up, the closest I do is just changing their shirt and that about it, I may give the occasional hat or glasses but that about it.

PC kinda does this when an animal asks to change their clothes and depending what you pick, they like it or not.

I'd absolutely love for the villagers to be able to wear accessories, and I think there's a good chance that'll be a new feature!

They could add a feature that makes villagers dress up depending on the weather for example during snowy weather or at fall you could see villagers using boots instead of walking around barefooted like they usually do even during winter and fall.During sunny days and seasons like spring or summer it would make more sense for villagers to not use footwear and if they did they would use sandals.

I really like this idea! It would be super cute to see the villagers wear hats and boots in winter. I’d love to see them put on a raincoat when it’s raining. This woul so much detail!

Omg, yes! Back when I first played Happy Home Designer, putting hats and accessories on the villagers was really neat. I also like being able to put on dresses on them too and not just the shirts. This would give the game a little more creativity, especially if they keep the Dream Suite. If they do, I'll be sure to visit lots of dream towns just to see how everyone else dresses up their villagers.

This is actually done with pocket camp if you give a villager the same clothes while they are at your camp or cabin, it's SO cute~ I definitely want this to be added to the ACS, if its not, it aint no big deal, just a bit of a let down (and it wouldnt stop me from buying it, unless its a port... D

Dressing my villagers in HHD and Pocket Camp was a favorite to do.
You could do so much with them and it would fix the unwanted clothing issues.

The accessories and such was my favorite, so i'd love to see it in game again.

This is a very nice idea and I hope they bring it over to the new game from pocket camp! Although I would say that there should be a limit to what accessories a villager can wear by default - I don't want the villagers to end up looking completely uncoordinated like the townspeople do in the sims

I 100% agree with this. I think they should look how they normally do until you specifically give them new clothes to wear. I don't think they should be in charge of their own accessories, lol.

Maybe they could use different kind of shirts, and why not make villagers be able to use pants like the player?

I'm all for accessories. I loved seeing them in hats in happy home designer. Dressing for the weather would also be nice!!

There are so many great items that would look sweet on villagers, so I'd really like seeing this feature too!
