First Place (15* points): @0ni
Second Place (25 points): @Miss Misty
Third Place (15** points): @Shellzilla
Fourth Place (15 points): @hestu
gonna be honest here, this is pretty bad. because even with points deduction, the user here is still being given third place for what basically amounts to an act of sabotage. whether intentional or not really doesn't matter, as the rules explicitly state not to do what they did, and all participants should at minimum be expected to read, understand, and follow the rules. especially for a competitive event

really, I feel at minimum hestu and shellzilla's placements should be swapped, alongside the points deduction. given hestu is only last due to a situation she had no control over, so keeping the placements the same is kinda indirectly punishing her for simply participating as intended. while shellzilla's punishment basically amounts to a light slap on the wrist. tbh, I personally feel that his actions justify a disqualification for that event session, but not this event as a whole or even the entire tbtwc event. of course, repeated offenses could put one or both of these punishments on the table, but I at least don't think the first time justifies something that harsh

though while it's possible hestu could've possibly placed higher than third too, I obviously think the 1st and 2nd placements should stay as is, since there's no indication of sabotage/cheating from either of them

just my 2 cents, and I tried to keep details as vague as possible to keep it from being dragged up for any lengthy period. I don't expect a change, so I'm not gonna be demanding anything (much as I'd of course personally prefer it), but the situation looking through honestly soured me enough to need to at least explain as to why I disagree with how it was handled here

Hestu had a chance to get third but did not follow the task to complete the race for third at the item stall. There are many users who made the same mistakes, not in an act of deliberate sabotage, but pure confusion. Are you suggesting to DQ them as well? I disagree. After running the event this many times, I realized these steps in a course is perhaps just too complicated, so it won't be returning.

Just wanted to say I think this part of the course was very cool! But definitely confusing, especially with multiple people. You are pretty clear about it if you read the spoiler instructions in your original post, I think. But somehow it was just confusing especially when in a competitive environment. I wonder if it's something that could be brought back for like an individual race, maybe with a stopwatch. Or another similar thing would be to insert an item that would be necessary to proceed (like a tool, kind of like May Day)

Any Blue's Clues interested in subbing for Aurita?

Thanks velo!

@pandapples I'm scheduled to play tomorrow (May 20) at 10PM EST, however is there any chance I can swap for the Sunday, May 23rd, 2021 @ 2:00 p.m. EDT session? Something came up, and although I can still make it if needed, the timing is not great for me anymore. I hope you can find a replacement, sorry for the short notice!

Alternatively, @DaCoSim would you be able to switch your 7PM EST session tomorrow for my 10PM EST? No worries if you can't, but just thought I'd try.

That session was incredibly fun and I want to play again if there's not enough new players interested in the open sessions for blue!

Yes, and If I'm not chosen to run, I'd like to be on board as backup for Blue's Clues for those times.

hey @Kattea ! I’m not sure if you found someone to fill your 10 PM slot for today (5/20) but if not I can fill in for you if you’d like?

Honestly, kinda paranoid about the whole DIY recipe part and would rather not, but I figure it better for me to compete than for someone else to go again and get docked points for repeated entry. If literally any other Froggy Chair who hasn't participated wants to step up and fill these remaining slots, I wouldn't mind.
