How do we find out who is selected? I know a lot of you are playing for the "Blue car".... I just want to play and have fun with you all. Shoot, I will trade my blue car for a spot to race with you all! I don't get to play games online with folks.

No one gets selected. You just add Chris' Friend Code in the first post, Chris accepts the friend request and adds you to their Friend List, and then you show up at the designated time and participate in at least one cup which consists of four consecutive tracks.
From the main menu of the game: Click Online Play, then Friends, then find Chris on the friends list. At the designated time, Chris will open a lobby and you'll see a checkered flag next to Chris' name on the Friends List. Click that and, if there's room, you can play. However, if the room is full, people will switch out after their 4 tracks so the people who are waiting can hop in and play.

Out of curiosity, from past sessions, how many rounds are generally played? I realize it depends from one occasion to another...
Not sure if posting this is against the rules (I was trying to read through them and couldn't find something on this specifically), but if anyone here is in need of NSO and can pay their part, I have an extra spot on my family plan. Just thought I'd throw it out there since it seems like some people don't have NSO but want to join.

Never really looked at how many rounds there are or how long a round typically takes, honestly. I'm not good at Mario Kart compared to other people on here so I tend to just stick around for one round for participation's sake, haha.
I can say, though, that the Staff run sessions like this tend to run for at least an hour to try to give everyone who shows up a chance to play.

hi guys! just a question as this is my first time joining in something like this i believe. i added @/LaBelleFleur's friend code at 6 but as it hasn't been accepted i cant join. has anyone joined yet or is it the session moved to a later time?
I didn't see your friend request before we got started - that's my bad, I'm so sorry!
In the future, if you're having trouble joining a session, the best way to get a hold of the host is typically though Discord - we're usually in one of the #multiplayer channels when a session is going on.
