She is Yoko from the anime Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. I personally don't watch it but I was originally doing it for one of my Awesome Artist Tributes.

There will be more and they will have a theme starting next time, this was sort of to attract pattern makers so I can see how many people would be interested in pattern contests like this more often.
