Anyone else hate printers?

printers are the spawn of the devil

I SWEAR my printer could hear me curse at it, because it only worked if I petted him and whispered nice things into its paper tray.

Ah yes. Printers today can get pretty tough to use due of their finicky nature when it comes to long-term usage and needlessly complicated interface within a ridiculously tiny screen, yet they're actually pretty easy to configure the first time around. But, those aren't the reasons why I dislike printers.

I dislike those because I believe they should be deprecated a long time ago (at least, for anything that isn't promotional), just like the PDF format that wasn't changed much since 1993. In the age when Internet is still expanding like wildfire, everyone beside the least fortunate people or dinosaurs have some sort of device they could use to read anything in Internet, therefore they shouldn't need printers anymore.

The only printers that seem to work flawlessly are printers in schools. Every other printer I've tried to use always jams.

Yes they are so annoying! Especially when you're trying to print photos, I normally get photos done professionally at Asda/Walmart for little cost.
