Anyone from Japan want to be friends?

Would anyone who lives in Kanto, Kansai or in the south of Chubu like to play Acnl with me, get to know each other and be friends?
I'm going to travel to japan in june 2019 and I'd really love to meet someone there.
I'd prefer a person who lives in Tokyo, Kyoto or Osaka, but I'm fine with everyone living in a bigger city.
Also, I'll try to at least learn some japanese basics, but if you had some english knowledge, that would really help us to communicate xD
I'd like to meet a person that's 16-18 years old.

You know, I meet quite a few Japanese people on Club Tortimer. Only a few out of many I have met so far had trouble with English. You just might find a few good friends there.
