Anyone have a rafflesia?

I need a fly to complete my museum, and since I have a very flowery town with the beautiful ordinance, not having that to get trash and flies is a pain. So can I go round anyone's town to catch one?

(I'm also looking for a flea but I'm not sure if they're available when visit)

Rotten turnips also attracts ants. If you place a piece of trash on the ground, it can spawn flies too. But you need to get it from a town that doesn't have beautiful town ordinance.
