Trading Anyone Willing to Donate a Villager?

I currently only have EIGHT villagers, because Claudia and Ken moved out. I can't find any spaces that indicate a villager that is moving in. I've time traveled and still no goods. The villager currently camping in my town is Anchovy.. and I do not want him.

So is there anyone out there with a moving villager that is willing to give to me for free?

UPDATE: I now have nine villagers (well, I will.) because I saw a roped off space for Walt's new home. Captainabby is also giving me Gladys. Thanks for offering, everyone!
